Plot Overview
An elderly lady hitchhiking her way across the Southwest is given a ride by Tony and Pete, but soon thereafter, she needs the lawyer's help again with a more serious situation: she's accused of killing the owner of a local auto dealership, who was also her son's boss and had him badly beaten after firing him. Petrocelli is certain that there was some skullduggery at the dealership involving license plates being changed and a few other things, but aside from that, he also discovers that the dead man was having an affair with a married woman and also was neglectful in taking care of his troubled daughter. He also discovers that every possible suspect has an alibi, but it's a question of time that leads him to the real killer.
