From The TV IV

One Foot in the Grave is a sitcom that aired on BBC. Victor Meldrew made redundant from his security job at Watson-Mycroft. His replacement is a talking machine. He soon realises that life around him is not as good as its cracked up to be. Throughout it all, Margaret tries to rise above it all but she too sometimes vents her anger. Victor Meldrew explores the oddities of life and the inane things that we can all appreciate at some stage in our lives.
