Lonny Ross is a comedic actor who broke into television as the somewhat dim-witted Girlie Show cast member, Josh Girard on 30 Rock. Ross was discovered while he was working as an intern at Silvercup Studios during the height of production on Sex and the City. He also later worked as an intern on Late Night with Conan O'Brien and worked in a variety of assistant positions on shows like Tough Crowd with Colin Quinn and Ed.
