Biography

Tocker was born in Kelowna, British Columbia on February 11, 1969. At birth, he was diagnosed with cone dystrophy, which rendered him blind. At age 5, he told his mother that he wanted to "grow up to be a cartoon", something that he didn't initially understand the concept of when he made the statement. When he was 10, he won first place in a talent show for his vocal impressions of Kermit the Frog and Bugs Bunny. At age 12, he read a 2,000-word essay on horror films and won his first public speaking award.
