Late Night with Jimmy Fallon (2009) is a late night talk show hosted by former Saturday Night Live cast member Jimmy Fallon. The series is the third to take up the Late Night brand on NBC, after Late Night with David Letterman and Late Night with Conan O'Brien.

The show started on March 2, 2009, after Conan O'Brien left Late Night to take over The Tonight Show. The show's house band is the Philadelphia hip-hop group The Roots, who retired from touring in order to play on the show. Former SNL writer Steve Higgins also joined Fallon as the show's announcer.

In the time leading up to the show's premiere, Fallon did regular video blogs on the show's site.
