- Mimi: Mimi is promoted to floor captain in order to get her out of the kitchen. As a result she ends pooling tips and turns the waiters against each other. This forces her to be unable to be the kitchen spy for her father, so he promotes Tanya to the position.
- Steven: Steven is nearly fired by Pino when he is outted as a liar and a thief. However, Jack stands up for him and presumably a deal is worked out where Steven can keep his job due to risk of losing Jack.
