Hell's Kitchen (2005–present) is a competitive cooking reality series on FOX. The series stars Gordon Ramsay, a hard-as-nails chef who ranks as one of the most talented on the world. Like his previous UK series, Ramsay's Kitchen Nightmares and Hell's Kitchen, Ramsay uses his abrasive personality to mold a group of aspiring chefs into greatness. After several episodes, the last chef standing is awarded a position as the executive chef at a newly opened restaurant. Unlike other cooking competitions, the series entirely takes place within an actual functional restaurant named after the show.
