Plot Overview

Following another blackout, Will is horrified to find himself throwing up the ear of Abigail Hobbs. Turning himself over, things get bleaker when further evidence suggests he is the copycat killer. Will then escapes custody to go to Hannibal to help figure out who has been setting him up.

• The stag Will has been seeing has now transmorphed into a man with stag antlers.

• Will coughs up the ear of Abigail Hobbs, implying that she's dead, likely eaten.

• Will finally pieces together that Hannibal is the copycat killer.

• Will's encephalitis is discovered and treated.

• Will is arrested for the murder and placed in the Baltimore State Hospital for the Criminally Insane.

• Alana is the most visibly upset over Will's situation, finding that she didn't "dodge a bullet" as much feel wounded.
