Plot Overview
While everyone tries to find a way out of the hospital, Alicia and Charlie try to find a way to rescue Dorie and Strand.

- With the hospital in the background, a car in the foreground has its alarm going off.

Happenings
- Martha confronts Alicia and Charlie, but collapses. They tie her up and take back Al's van, using it to get Dorie and Strand off the island.
- Sarah gets Jim's beer recipe before he dies.
- Martha escapes and attempt to restart her "chain" by writing Jim's beer recipe on his reanimated face.
- Everyone minus Al is reunited and Morgan plans on finding Al and taking everyone to Virginia.
Characters
- Morgan feels guilt for getting Jim bit and putting everyone in the situation at the hospital.
- Althea is no longer in the generator room, but managed to escape and her whereabouts are unknown.
- Initially resentful to Morgan, he decide to kill himself in an effort to distract the walkers and give everyone time to escape.
