Eureka is a sci-fi drama that airs on Sci Fi Channel about a town hidden in the Pacific Northwest, specifically in Oregon, which houses some of the most brilliant minds in the nation. The town of Eureka was created after World War II to protect the scientific minds of American as well as create the ultimate think tank for United States technological progress.
The town has been undisturbed by the outside world for years, but this all changes when US Marshal Jack Carter and his delinquent daughter Zoe stumble upon the city. After aiding in a crisis that cripples the town's previous sheriff, Carter is transferred to Eureka to replace him, even though he rarely understands what exactly is going on in his own town.
