Doctor Who — Season Twenty-Seven

The Long Game is the seventh episode of the twenty-seventh season of Doctor Who, and the seven hundred twenty-sixth episode overall.

Plot Overview

The TARDIS travels to the year 200,000 so the Doctor can show off the heights of the Fourth Human Empire. However, it does not seem to be as great as the Doctor promised. On Satellite Five where all the news originates from the Doctor and Rose try to figure it out. On floor 500 the strange Editor seems to run the show, but the real man behind the scenes is an alien called the Jagrafess. The Doctor and Rose are captured but their new friend Cathica saves them. Adam meanwhile gets a new brain implant and tries to send information back to the 21st century. The Doctor does not approve and drops Adam off in his parents' living room.
