Dominic gets wind that he is being set up by the Solicitor General for a downfall due to his unpopular policies.

The Complaints Commission release their findings, citing the lack of cooperation.

Homicide wants to move in quickly on Dubreau.

Zack and Frieldand suspect that the RMPC are preparing to push the squatters out of Crab Park.

Happenings

  • Dominic learns he's being set up to take a fall as the result of the Attorney General and Solicitor General, and to take away the mayoral office's power over the police. An editorial is expected to be pushed by the media.
  • Jacobs wants Dubreau arrested and charged as soon as the Crown approves, despite the coroner's investigation. A constable informs Curtis who gives Norton a heads-up. Kosmo and Finn go to serve the arrest warrant and found he was going on vacation in Costa Rica. However, Mick is allowed to raid the Century hotel. Mick talks to the manager about the activities.
  • The Police Complaints Commission releases their report and the findings are inconclusive and states the fire department should not be serving inspection notices to the grow-ops, but blames both unions not cooperating.
  • Klotchko has Internal take a look at the obstruction concerning the officers who raided the grow-op. He claims they acted out of line of Jacobs's orders and highlights Ferris' mental stability.
  • Komori's hall protest the finding of the Police Complaints Commissions.
  • Manning warns Dominic that after finding evidence that a City Councillors in Winnipeg was offered a deal for his vote, some of his Councillors are now under investigation. Ferlinger comes to Dominic and tell him that it was Pierce who was paid to swing his vote. He has Pierce cut a deal and offer his resignation. He gets Manning to go easy on him as long as he cooperates to make a case against Pacific Com.
  • Dominic has Phil Rosen take the complaints to the Solicitor General. Kaspar begins a new investigation with now a wider scope that include his relationship with Jacobs.
  • Chick finds the prostitute and the john she stabbed were in a relationship.
  • When Dominic gets word that the Horsemen are ready to kick the squatters out, Dominic learns the hotel across from the police station will be waiting 6 to 12 months on a building permit.
  • Dominic learns Mina Basra and Billie Simms are related by marriage confronts Simms on it. She denies any wrongdoing and he gets her to give her public support for the red light district.
