Plot Overview
During World War II, a troop of American soldiers on the run from Nazis take refuge in an abandoned police station. They soon learn the only person behind bars maybe their key to fighting back when they're surrounded.

- The American soldiers each share a name with a famous werewolf in films:
- Talby comes from Lawrence Talbot, played by Lon Chaney, Jr., in the original 1941 Universal film The Wolf Man.
- Quist is the last name of Robert Picardo's character Eddie Quist in the 1981 film The Howling.
- Rivers is taken from Michael Landon's role as Tony Rivers in the 1957 film I Was a Teenage Werewolf.
- Doc Kessler refers to the characters David Kessler, played by David Naughton in the 1981 film An American Werewolf in London, and Doc, played by Stephen Rea in the 2012 film Werewolf: The Beast Among Us.
- Schmelzgerat wears the same pair of gloves worn by Milton Dammers from The Frighteners, who was also played by Jeffrey Combs.
