Plot Overview
What appears to be a road rage incident ends with one man, a man with a record of DUI's and assault, struck dead, and another man, a seemingly respected college professor, claiming self-defense. A series of inconsistencies leads Annabeth to bring murder charges against the professor, and she sets out to prove that the two men knew each other. Eventually, everything leads back to the accidental death of the professor's three-year-old son and a lie that the professor told back then about the incident.
