Plot Overview
The Angels go undercover as lifeguards at Waikiki Beach to investigate the disappearance of a Congressman's newlywed daughter after she is kidnapped, and her husband is knocked unconscious, by dune buggy-riding punks involved in the illegal drug trade, who have been terrorizing other beaches in the area and assaulting other beachgoers.
