Charlie's Angels is a crime drama that aired on ABC.
The series told the adventures of three women, all ex-police officers with the Los Angeles Police Department, who work for Charles Townsend Investigations, a firm of private investigators. Charlie, the multi-millionaire owner of the agency, was never seen, with the Angels getting the details of their missions from him via a voicebox in their office. They had a helping hand in the field in the form of Bosley, a close friend of Charlie's.
