Basic Information

Character History
Tiffany Welles trained in the Boston police academy before heading West to join the Townsend Agency. Like Sabrina, Tiffany was brainy and usually demonstrated a dry sense of humor. She worked alongside Kelly and Kris for one year before returning to the East Coast.
