• Case A: A young baseball player who lost one eye in an accident and had a bionic replacement fights the professional baseball league for his right to play and against their blanket ban of bionics.

• Case B: A woman claims her husband is in breach of their marriage contract, which stipulated "no family", when he invited his parents and surviving grandfather and great-grandmother to live with them.
