Happenings
- A copy of Number Six named Shelly Godfrey claims Baltar let the Cylons into the defence mainframe and has video of what appears to be him planting a bomb in the mainframe the day before the attack. The image does show Baltar, but Gaeta later finds evidence that it was fake, almost like she wanted it to be found.
- Baltar attempt to warn that Godfrey is a Cylon and Adama is suspicious enough to have her followed. Shortly after her evidence is exposed, she disappears.
- Tyrol and the others are trying to operate the Cylon Raider. After Tyrol has trouble, Kara herself manages to get it going again.
- Running from the Cylons, Sharon and Helo take shelter from a storm. He confesses his feelings and shortly thereafter have sex.
Characters
- Kara is now ambulatory, albeit walking with crutches.
- Boomer finds someone has written "Cylon" on her locker mirror.
- Roslin confesses to Baltar that when the photographic evidence was found, she believed it because she somehow knew he's involved in the attacks.
- Before Godfrey appears, Six gets mad at Baltar for his blasphemy and disappears. She returns when, faced with treason, he asks for forgiveness and promises to do God's will.
- After Baltar is exonerated, Six tells Baltar that he's more popular and it will now be more difficult for anyone to accuse him of treason again.
Referbacks
- Shelly Godfrey claims to been given evidence by Dr Amorak before he was killed during the events of "33".

Quotes
- Shelly Godfrey: Dr Amorak gave the disk to me before he died.
- Baltar: What? As opposed to after he died?
- Cottle: You're not gonna get better lying on your back.
- Kara: Oh, frak off.
- Lee: Just take a break for five minutes, we'll try again.
- Kara: I don't want to do it again. I want a pill. Now. Please.
- Cottle: Sorry. We're weaning you off the magic pills, starting today. And besides, I need 'em for myself.
- (Cottle walks off)
- Kara: You son of a bitch.
- Baltar: You think this is over? This is not over! You have not heard the last! No more Mister Nice Gaius!
- Baltar: You are going to have to believe me.
- Roslin: I want to believe you. I want to believe that I haven't made such a profound error in judgement in trusting you and asking your advice. But here's where we are, Doctor - if anyone can be a Cylon and it's hard to tell us apart, then we only have one thing left to trust: our instincts, our feelings. And the moment they told me it was your face in the photo I knew I believed it. I believe you're involved in the attack. Somehow. I feel it.
- Baltar: You'll forgive me, Madam President, if I don't wish to be executed based solely on your gut feeling.
- Roslin: May the gods have mercy on your soul.
