Season One of Batman: The Animated Series premiered on September 5, 1992.

Episodes are listed here in airdate order. Unlike most series, neither the airdate order nor the production order are a good guide for viewing the show in proper sequence. (Both airdate and production order split apart some two-part episodes instead of showing them in sequence. There are also some minor inconsistencies and timeline gaffes in both methods of ordering the episodes.) The DVD boxed set for this season offers yet a third ordering of the episodes, based largely on production order but with multipart episodes aired together. (Though that still has some of the other timeline problems.)

The original pilot episode of the series was "On Leather Wings", which aired second.
