Zoo is a science fiction drama/thriller that aired on CBS.

Animals begin launching unprovoked violent pack attacks against people around the world for unknown reasons, leading zoologist Jackson Oz to try to find out the cause behind the vicious attacks, as well as why the animals are coordinating the attacks, before they increase in number and severity. Complicating Oz and his colleagues' efforts to stop the attacks are Reiden Global, a corporate biotechnology conglomerate which is later discovered to have been behind the animals beginning their attacks, and the Shepherds, a ruthless animal supremacist terrorist group which wants to drive the human race into extinction to allow the animals to take over the world, and which seek to accomplish their goal by using the animals and their vicious behavior (even going so far as to create even more vicious mutant hybrid animals with which to attack humans), as well as unleashing a gas into Earth's atmosphere which has sterilized humanity.
