Will the Real Jerry Lewis Please Sit Down? was an animated comedy by the Filmation studio airing Saturday mornings on ABC. It was created by comedian Jerry Lewis himself.
An animated Jerry works doing various jobs for the temp agency Oddjobs, Inc., headed by long-suffering Mr. Blunderpuss. Throughout each story, characters from Jerry's movie turn up, such as Ralph Rotten, Hong Kong Flewis and characters from Lewis movies such as The Family Jewels, The Errand Boy and The Caddy.
Jerry's voice in the series was furnished by David L. Lander, then of the underground comedy troupe The Credibility Gap, and later of the sitcom Laverne and Shirley.
