Plot Overview
Southern belle Christie Baker from Tennessee believes that she deserves the best in life; her husband, Richard (who works 60 hours a week as an engineer) serves her breakfast in bed and cleans the house. Christie's three daughters: 17-year-old twins Maurie & Margo & 11-year-old Mary Jewel are given anything that they want, and not given any chores or jobs.
Christie swaps lives with Audrey Donahoe of rural upstate New York, whose hard-working family (which consists of six chidren ranging from ages 2 to 16 years old) works on a dairy farm where everyone pitches in as the Donahoes believe in giving their children a strong work ethic and teaching them how to be responsible & independent. Audrey is responsible for all of the household chores and prepares a home-cooked meal for her family every night.
