Plot Overview

Ashura and Yasha continue to stare each other down. Meanwhile, back at Ashura's castle, Sakura has two dreams about them. In the first they spar, and Ashura slashes Yasha's left eye. In the second they embrace, and then Sakura's feather shoots down from the sky.

The moon reaches its zenith, and the two armies are teleported away. In the morning, Syaoran goes to visit Sakura, who is now awake. She notices he is injured and tries to treat it. Syaoran tells her about the Kurogane and Fai he met there.

Elsewhere, Fei Wong Reed is concerned since he did not send Syaoran and the rest to the other Shura Country. He has a plan to take on Yūko to prevent her from interfering with his plans for the ruins. He also wants to activate his clone of Syaoran.

Syaoran's eye begins to hurt in response, so Sakura gives it a kiss to make it feel better. She doesn't know why she did that, but Mokona explains it's her body's memories telling her what to do.

Ashura talks to Sakura a bit about Syaoran, then sends her away for a bath. Ashura then talks to the person in her reflecting pool — Yūko. The bottle that Mokona sent Yūko was actually the price for bringing Syaoran and the others to that world; they were brought there on purpose. This actually frees the group from Fei Wong Reed's manipulation. However, Yūko tells the ruler that she cannot grant Ashura's deepest wish.

Syaoran heads into the city with Kumara to look for Fai and Kurogane, but no one has seen them, and then he collapses in pain from his eye.

That night, Ashura, Kumara, and Syaoran go to the castle alone. They discover that Yasha did not bring an army either, just Fai and Kurogane. Syaoran runs ahead and attacks, to be blocked by Kurogane. In the midst of fighting, Syaoran finds he can no longer control his actions. He is being controlled by the other Syaoran.

Ashura steps forward and floats to the ledge where Yasha stands. Ashura raises a sword as if to strike, but instead the two leaders embrace. Ashura comments on the scar she left, then kisses Yasha. Yasha disappears into a ball of light, revealing Sakura's feather.
