Plot Overview

"WE ARE HERE"

Captain Jack, Gwen, Ianto, and Rhys make there way to an abandoned holding facility that was once Torchwood 1, London, abandoned in the 1990's.

Assesing the situation, no money, no food, no computers, no electricity, Gwen decides if they are being treated as criminals they would have to act like criminals so using her knowlrdge as a police officer they go on crime spree stealing credit cards, laptops, and even a car.

Once they have set up a rudimentary base they start looking for answers but they need inside help from Lois Habiba and sets up a meeting to give her a special pair of contact lens that act as a camera. Lois is reluctant to get involved realising it could be treason.

Johnson discovers the existence of Jacks daughter and grandson and Frobisher authorises her arrest. Clement McDonald caught stealing has also been arrested.

With access to the Torchwood mainframe Ianto hacks into the police and security service computors discovering Clements arrest and delving into his background discover he was in Scotland in 1965 at the first meeting of the 456.

More research reveals that all the adults present when the children were handed over were killed on the same day as Jack leaving no witnesses of the events years ago.

More alarm when all the children of the world stop and start pointing to Britain, the children of Britain pointing to London, and the children of London pointing to Thames House. A column of light from the sky and The 456 enter the receiving Tank.

Clement in danger is rescued by Gwen and taken back to their base Clement recognises Jack as one of the men who had handed him and the other children, 12 in all, over as a gift to The 456. The 456 have returned, and speaking to Frobisher now acting as go-between, want another gift. 10% of the world's children.
