Sir Tom Jones is a Welsh born singer who had a variety series in the 1960's. He also had a substantial guest appearance in Raquel Welch's debut TV special Raquel!. Later some footage from that show would appear in his The Special London Bridge Special, which despite its name was filmed at an Arizona State Park.

In the 80s, Jones created quite a sensation on MTV when he performed with Art of Noise to Prince and the Revolutions's Kiss.
