From The TV IV

This TV is a broadcast network owned by Weigel Broadcasting. It is broadcast as a digital sub-channel of local stations through-out the country. ThisTV was founded on July 28, 2008 and began broadcasting on November 1, 2008. The president is Neal Sabin. It broadcasts mostly MGM movies as well as other older syndicated programs. It is modeled after Weigel Broadcasting's local stations WWME-CA and WMEU-TV (both branded Me TV).
