I think we need to standardize on how we handle Blu-ray releases. Here's the ways I see dealing with it:
1. Mixing Blu-rays in with DVD releases:
2. Separating DVDs from Blu-ray within the same table:
3a. Giving each one it's own heading:
DVD Releases
Blu-ray Releases
3b. Giving each one it's own heading under a common heading:
Optical Releases
DVD Releases
Blu-ray Releases
I personally have been doing it the first one, but the more I think about it, the second or third one would make more sense. I'm leaning more towards 3b, because it's less confusing to have them completely separate, and it doesn't really make sense to list Blu-ray releases under a heading titled DVD Releases. Granted, Optical Releases might not be the best term, but I thought Home Video Releases would be too broad as they could technically include VHS and others. -Joltman 08:20, 29 August 2008 (EDT)
- I like having them compact in a common table like option 1, but the heading would need to be something other than "DVD Releases." It would also be nice to allow for something like iTunes or Unbox downloads. --CygnusTMtalk 08:39, 4 September 2008 (EDT)
