Adrian Toomes is an elderly man who was wronged by Norman Osborn and subsequently became the Vulture

Adrian Toomes invented a Magnetic Air Transport System which, at the suggestion of Otto Octavius, he showed to Norman Osborn at OsCorp. Osborn then stole the idea for OsCorp's Tech Flight. Wanting to get Osborn to admit to stealing his idea, he takes the technology he invented and becomes the Vulture. He attacks Osborn before being stopped by Spider-Man.
