Plot Overview

The episode starts off the 65th Anual Springfield Pride Awards. Everyone gets an award for something except for Homer (e.g. Marge gets an award for "Most Blood Donated"). The Oldest Citizen Award winner, Cornelius Chapman, drops dead on stage. By process of elimination, Kent Brockman determines that Mr. Burns is the oldest man in Springfield.

Mr. Burns decides that he wants to take better care of himself so he and Smithers go to the Mayo Clinic in Minnesota. He leaves Homer in charge of house sitting his mansion because he figures that Homer is "due for a good performance".

Homer, Lisa, and Bart take full advantage of the house while Marge nags. Marge tells Homer that he cannot have a party at Burn's place. Homer decides to have his "box social" anyway and tries to get some kegs from Moe. Moe says that he cannot sell Homer the beer until after 2:00pm because it is Sunday. So, Homer decides to take Burns' yacht out to international waters, where there are no laws.

The results of Burns' health tests say that he is the sickest man in the United States. He has every disease known to man, and including several diseases just discoved in him. However, they seem to be in perfect balance so they aren't affecting him. Burns thinks he is invincible, when in reality, "even the slightest breeze..."

Back out in international waters, Homer's party continues and the Bart taunts the US Coast Guard because they can't do anything about the illigal activities. Pirates take over the yacht and the US Coast Guard won't do anything about it. Homer and his guests float their way back to shore in a net.

Burns returns home and doesn't really care about Homer's "mishap" with the yacht.
