Plot Overview

It is bearly the new year before Homer gets ticketed for several publice violations.He is ouraged by having to pay high fines.While at Moe's,Homer expresses his outrage.Wanting to help Homer out of his situation,Moe tells him that there is a way out.He tells Homer that there is a Guy that works at the DMV Window who can make his Fine disappear,for a small fee of corse.Homer goes to the Window.The Man is not present,and Homer leaves a Bag of Bribe Money there.Unfortunately for Homer,Chief Wiggum sees him doing this,and has him arrested.Homer is sentenced to do time at the Springfield Prison.Chief Wiggum offers Homer a way out.The FBI is called.They learn of a large Gun Shipment coming into Springfield by way of the Harbor.They want Homer to go undercover.Homer will be in disguise going by the name of Donnie Bluepants.Homer will pretend to assault a Guard to gain the inmates, among them one of Fat Tony's Gang Members respect.Impressed with how Home/Donnie had handled himself with the Guards,Donnie Bluepants is introduced to the Boss himself Fat Tony.They manage to easily leave the Prison,since the Wall in Homers Cell was made from inferior material.The Wall fall apart where Homer/Donnie accompanies Fat Tony,and his Gang out to a waiting Limosine.Homer gets to spend time with Fat Tony,and his Gang,even going to the Cemetary where Fat Tony goes to his late wife's Grave.Watching Fat Tony cry at his wifes Gravesite,Homer looking at his I-Pod at Marge begins to tear-up.Fat Tony noticing is very touched by Homers concern(he thinks Homer/Donnie is tearing for his late wife).Fat Tony has a surprize for Homer/Donnie.He gives Homer a chance to become a full Member of his Gang.To become a Full Member,Homer must set fire to Moe's Tavern.The reason being that Moe had insulted Fat Tony who had called his Tavern to speak with a Russian Business Associate.Moe believing it was a prank phone call,insulted Fat Tony.Now,Tony wants payback for the insult.Homer of course is unwilling to burn Moe's Tavern,so he slowly walks to the Tavern,and just as he is about to throw Gasoline on the side of the place,Moe comes running out after already having doused the Tavern.Fat Tony believing Homer did the job,gives him another surprize.The surprize,Homer/Donnie is induced into the Family with the same tradition as any Gang Member.The next step now is to help take possession of some Guns which that will be coming into SpringfieldHarbor,and loaded on the Docks.Homer had been fitted with Microphones,and hidden Cameras to film the whole crime scene.Having spent time with Fat Tony,Homer has come to actually like Fat Tony.He has a change of heart about having him arrested.Without revealing himself as a Undercover Agent,Homer attempts to warn Fat Tonyabout the sting Operation.But,this doesn't work.Fat Tony senses that Homer/Donnie is an spy,and hurt by this Fat Tony sufers a stroke,and dies.Fat Tonys Gang is arrested for possesion of stolen weapons.While it is a major victory for Law-Enforcement,Homer is saddend.Saddened that a Man(though he be a criminal) has trusted him,and treated him better than those who were suppose to protect him.The FBI did'nt even thank Homer for his work.Homer goes home,and tells Marge who had'nt known about his Undercover Work,about the feelings that he had for Fat Tony.Marge tries to comfort Homer,without success.One night at Fat Tonys Grave,while he is mourning Homer is struck over the Head.He awakens to see what he forst thought was Fat Tony,but it is Fit Tony,aCousin of Fat Tony who has come for revenge against Homer.After spending some time with Homer,Fit Tony decides not to take revenge on Homer,as he feels the genuine love Homer has for his Cousin.Fit Tony will take his Cousins place running the Mob.As time goes by,he goes from being Fit Tony to Fat Tony(because of his apid overeating).Homer safe from Mob reprisals,goes back to living his life,again his life as a shnook.
