Plot Overview
Bart makes a prank telephone call to a boy in Australia.This would just be a prank except that the telephone comes into the hundreds.The representatives of the Austrilian Government wants the Bill paid.When Bart receives the Bill,he ignores it.This would not be the last Bill that Bart will receive.Months go by,and this matter is takened up by the State Department.Bart's prank call,and his ignoring the enormous Bill from the Australian Government has International consequences.The Simpson will have to make a choice which either cause strain relations with the Government of Australia,or embarassment to Bart.This is a choice that Bart will have to make.
