Plot Overview

While roller skating on the Street,Bart is accidently hit by Mr.Burns Car.Smithers is shocked,but Burns is indifferent.Nevertheless,they take Bart to the Hospital.Bart has an out of body experience,but returns to his body.His injuries are not fatal.He recovers fine.Despite this the Simpson Family decides to sue Burns in the hopes of getting large amounts of money.Burns makes a feeble attempt at settling out of court,but to no avail.In court both sides try to persway the Jurors with their made up stories about how the accident really happened.The Simpsons story though fablecated is more believable.However,the Family do not win the case.Instead Barts injuries though minor will be paid by Burns.Not quite what the Family wanted.
