Plot Overview
Chris is critically wounded by a thug who robbed a ticket office, and the main witness to the shooting is a mailman who happens to be the father of Terry's girlfriend. Terry, Mike and Ryker, along with the man's wife and daughter, persuade him to get involved and identify the thug and his accomplice, but the man has a distrust of cops stemming from his son's death during a riot. When his wife is seriously injured by a bomb made by the crooks, the man sets out for revenge by creating a bomb of his own.
