Trivia

The Show

Writer Rick Husky was a close friend of Elvis Presley and a member of Elvis's entourage, the "Memphis Mafia". He would often use the names of fellow Mafia members in his scripts, like Jerry Schilling, whose name was not only used for a character in this episode, but also episodes of Mod Squad and Streets of San Francisco that Husky scripted. Additionally, Husky also used two more Mafia members' names, in this episode, Joe Esposito and Sonny West, and one of the gun stores that gets robbed is on Presley Boulevard.
