Plot Overview
A couple of New Jersey goons move into Rocky's normally quiet neighborhood and turn everything upside down with their noise, destruction of other's property and general disrespect for their neighbors. After Rockford breaks up one of their late-night wild parties and threatens them, he's arrested for killing one of the party guests. Since Beth is no longer with her law firm, another lawyer, the largely ineffective Wade G. Ward is assigned to defend Rockford, but Jim believes he has a better chance with the man who's assisting him, disbarred lawyer John Cooper.
