Plot Overview
A gang of radicals raids a party thrown by Angel's influential brother-in-law, an event where none other than Lt. Chapman is one of the cops working security, and steals a pair of valuable paintings worth $2,000,000. Chapman finds himself working with Rockford in order to find the stolen artwork.
