Plot Overview
A comedian hires Rockford to find his missing box of jokes, but what happens to Rockford is not funny--he's accused of killing the comic's former partner, the man he alleges stole the box of jokes. Rockford soon discovers that the dead man may not have been the joke thief, but rather the other way around, when he finds a bug in the dead man's dressing room.
