Allusions and References
- Trix: The entire episode is a riff on the commercials for the fruity corn cereal Trix. In these commercials, an anthropomorphic white rabbit is constantly trying to trick various children into letting him have some Trix cereal. These schemes usually involve disguises and false identities. Whenever the ruse is discovered, the children would taunt the rabbit with the phrase, "Silly rabbit, Trix are for kids!"
- Beast Wars: The CGI program that the girls are watching when the professor walks in is similar to Beast Wars: Transformers, a series featuring living robotic animals that can transform.
