Plot Overview

The topic of the show is recycling. Billy learns what it means to recycle and loves the idea of helping the environment. Billy helps get the whole station involved in the Kidsongs Kids' recycling drive. For the introduction to "Whole Lot Shakin' Goin' On" Billy says that he doesn't like rollercoasters which is unusual because he usually likes what kids like. Billy shrinks in order to sit on one of the cameras to talk to Mark, the camera person.
