Plot Overview
The theme of the show is all about dogs and the guest is a dog trainer. Melanee is trying to figure out what kind of dog to get, so she consults the kids about dogs they have and what makes them a good pet. Billy and Ruby also learn about dogs, particularly the role Dalmatians played with fire fighters in the centuries ago. Ruby helps Melanee choose the best breed of dog for her. They decide on a mixed breed from the pound. Melanee is thrilled with the idea of getting a dog that really needs a home.
