From The TV IV

The Jim Henson Hour is a variety show that aired on NBC. It featured Jim Henson's Muppets, with both new and old characters. The show didn't have a set format, sometimes the whole hour would be its own special, and others there would be two half-hour segments, where the first half hour would feature MuppeTelevision, which was similar in format to The Muppet Show, and the other would be either a special or an episode of The Storyteller.
