Plot Overview
Major Damian Sava, Dr. Maria-Luise Karn, Michael Veltran--Crime on a Government Reservation, Murder, Kidnapping
The sighting of a suspicious boat off the coast of California, coupled with the murder of a sentry on a nearby Naval base, leads Erskine to believe that Communist agents have arrived in the States, and that they're out to kidnap a foreign dignitary to trade for one of their comrades who's in U.S. custody.
