Plot Overview
Victor Kearney, et al.--Theft from Interstate Shipment, Hijacking, Murder
Investigating a truck hijacking where a shipment of precision drill bits headed for Vietnam were stolen, Erskine discovers a series of similar hijackings where the stolen goods wound up on the black market in East Berlin. He also discovers that an executive of the victimized trucking company is being blackmailed into giving the thieves inside information.

William Smithers's character in this episode is named Victor Kearney...until the very end of the episode, when announcer Marvin Miller, telling the fates of all who were arrested, refers to him as 'Joseph Kearney'. His role is also listed in the end credits as Joseph and not Victor.
