Plot Overview
A Japanese businessman wants to open a plant to manufacture computer parts in Eastbridge, and Tony's friend Frank, who has a hatred of Japanese since serving in World War II, is the only person on the voting council who is vehemently against it. When Frank's hardware store is trashed and he's assaulted, he's quick to point the finger at the businessman and his right-hand man, but the right-hand man winds up in the hospital from a near-fatal shooting.
