Plot Overview
Carol becomes worried when she reads a newspaper horoscope stating, in essence, that "a strange woman will come into your man's life." Mike considers this notion silly and goes off to work. Just then, he is greeted by Beebe Gallini, a cosmetics heiress with whom Mike's firm has a contract to design a new factory.
Mike, beseiged by the client and her demands, does his best to satisfy Gallini, working late to do so and worrying Carol that something else is going on. But Mike finally draws a line when Gallini insists that the factory have a "powder puff" roof ... one that he tries (in vain) to explain will never meet safety specifications and is impossible from an engineering standpoint. Mike finally gets relief when Gallini announces she is taking her services elsewhere ... even after he tells her that any other architect will be unable to meet her demands.
