Joe & Bill became the first team to use the Fast Forward and be the last team to arrive. But the problem is, Nancy & Emily chose to not do the Detour. According to the rulebook, that results in a 24-hour penalty. With the time penalty, Joe & Bill are still in the race, because of that, Nancy & Emily were eliminated.
