10 teams set out from Quito and raced all the way to the Valley of the Dead in Chile. During the first pit stop, Drew required medical attention for symptoms of altitude sickness. Rob & Amber and Oswald & Danny received a shock when their flight was delayed putting them behind. But for some teams having problems at the Roadblock, they came back and Rob & Amber repeat at the Pit Stop. On the way to the Pit Stop, Dustin & Kandice and Charla & Mirna fought over a fare. But Kevin & Drew missed the speed limit sign and were eliminated.
