Plot Overview
The A-Team's job is to rescue a young woman from a crazed cult. The cult is being controlled by a fanatical Jim Jones-like leader named James. The A-Team, through their manuevers, manages to rescue the young woman, get her to safety in a helicopter flown by Murdock. While Murdock flies the woman and her father to safety, the rest of the team try to escape the pursuing cult members, all of whom are carrying automatic machine-guns. Having run out of gas, and their tires shot, with the cult members getting the drop on them, the team has no choice but to surrender. Taken to Revered James, the cult's leader, the team especially Hannibal makes wise cracks. The cult leader is unfazed by their show no fear attitude. He has plans for our heroes. Deadly plans. It is up to Murdock to rescue our heroes. After delivering the young woman and her father to safety, Murdock will go back to find and rescue our heroes. Will Murdock find and rescue the team in time?
Notes
This is Dirk Benedict's first appearance as Face. In the pilot episode, Face was played by Tim Dunnigan.
