Plot Overview

In the hotel suite Reena waits for Justin to arrive. Grant and Judith get ready for dinner. George prepares for dinner with Grant and his tramp of a wife. George arrives at the Top of the World Club and sees a drunk Paige. Then he runs into Brette and tells her he is having dinner with her parents. Then they both notice Paige alone at the bar and it bothers George. Then Judith and Grant arrive. Justin tells Reena he is late because Gregory invited him to dinner. Mark tells Allison that he got into the oil business because of spending summers with his Uncle Alex. Then Mark tells Allison that his uncle died last summer. Then Ruby surprises them with dinner. Ruby tells Mark and Allison she can't stay but would love to meet him later on at the penthouse. George meets Burton and then he wonders about T.J. leaving Paige. Christine and Billy Joe arrive at the Coop to talk over business and they say hello to Lurlene and Joel. Then Christine tells Billy Joe he needs to shape up or he will lose his job. Ruby over hears what Christine tells Billy Joe and tells Christine to get out. Billy Joe defends Christine and tells Ruby she is right. Reena tells Justin she thinks Ashley is trying to get him back. Justin tells her that Ashley says the baby is his. George discusses Reena over dinner. Then Rikki and Brette notice that Grant doesn't seem to be having a good time. T.J. tells Burton and Mildred that he and Ashley are seeing each other and then Paige interrupts. A drunken Paige chats with Burton, Mildred and T.J. until they leave. Grant also wants to leave but George gets him to stay. Grant tells George he feels sorry for Paige but she is responsible for her own life. Billy Joe and Ruby chat with Joel and Lurlene until they leave. Ruby tells Billy Joe not to worry about Christine. Then Billy Joe tells Ruby he doesn't think Nita is ever coming back. An upset Billy Joe tells Ruby about his visit to see Nita. Allison asks Mark why he does the paper work and he tells her because he doesn't want to let his father down. Mark tells her he wants his dad to be proud of him. Then Allison tells Mark she is at World Oil because Ashley started there. Rikki finishes singing and then Paige makes a request to hear "You and I" and then she starts singing it. Finally she cries and George takes her out of there. Joel tells Lurlene he would like to quit KVIK but they can use the money. Lurlene tells him he is important. Then Joel tells Lurlene they need to set a date and she asks him to spend the night in his old bedroom because Ruby is with Mark at the penthouse. Mark finds Ruby in the office and they relax together. George brings Paige to his place and puts her to sleep and he thinks she is Maggie.
